Questions.

Real answers to the things business owners actually want to know before they spend money on AI.

Before you commit

Is this actually going to save me time, or is it just a demo?+
We only build things that replace real work. Before we start, we identify the exact tasks your agent will handle and estimate the hours it saves per week. If the numbers don't make sense for your business, we'll tell you that before you pay anything.
How much does it cost?+
We price per project, not per hour. Most builds fall between $2,000 and $8,000 depending on complexity. You'll have an exact number before anything starts. No surprises, no scope creep without your sign-off.
What if it doesn't work the way I need it to?+
We don't hand you a finished product and disappear. We stay involved until it's working the way you need. Adjustments are expected — most happen within days, not weeks. If something fundamentally isn't right, we fix it.
How do I know I'm not just buying a generic tool with my name on it?+
You're not. Every system we build starts from how your business actually operates — your processes, your language, your edge cases. We don't resell templates. The agent we build for you won't work for anyone else without significant rework.

Getting it running

How long until I actually see it working?+
For straightforward automation, often within a week. More complex multi-step systems take two to four weeks. We set a clear timeline at the start and hold to it — you'll know exactly when to expect a working build in your hands.
Do I need to change how my team works?+
Minimally. We design around your existing workflows, not the other way around. If there's a process change that would make the agent significantly more effective, we'll explain exactly why and leave the decision with you.
Will it work with the software I already use?+
In most cases, yes. We integrate with email, calendars, CRMs, phone systems, spreadsheets, booking tools, and most common business software. If you're running something unusual, tell us early — we'll find out quickly whether it's possible and how much extra it would take.
What does my team need to do to set this up?+
You'll need to give us access to the relevant systems and spend a few hours across two or three conversations explaining how things work. That's it. We handle the technical work entirely. No IT department required.

Risk & reliability

What happens when it makes a mistake?+
AI makes mistakes on ambiguous tasks — we design for that. For anything high-stakes, we build in a human review step before the agent acts. For lower-risk tasks, we log everything so you can see exactly what happened and when. Nothing runs silently in a way that could hurt your business without a way to catch it.
What happens to my business data?+
Your data is used only to run your agent. We don't store it beyond what's operationally necessary, and we don't share it with anyone. We'll sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive — just ask.
What if I want to shut it down or switch providers?+
You own everything. The system, the configuration, the data. You can shut it down, hand it to another developer, or keep running it independently. We don't build lock-in by design.

Who you're dealing with

Who actually builds this — a team or a person?+
Me — Theo Taylor. I scope it, build it, and support it. You'll have my direct contact from day one. No account managers, no handoffs, no one telling you they'll "check with the team." If something needs fixing at 9pm on a Tuesday, you reach me directly.
Why not just hire someone full-time or use a bigger agency?+
A full-time hire costs $60–80K a year before benefits, takes months to onboard, and still may not have the AI specialisation you need. A large agency charges enterprise rates and assigns a junior developer. We deliver a purpose-built system faster, for a fraction of the cost, with direct access to the person who built it.
How do I know you'll still be around in six months?+
Fair question. We build systems you can run independently — so even in a worst case scenario, you're not left with something that stops working if we're not available. We'll also document everything so another developer could pick it up. You're not dependent on us to keep the lights on.
